Gail is bringing back and reimagining the Evolution of Free Health workshop, which she has not offered since 2019. This workshop is for those ready to move beyond Pain into Purpose and from Limitation into Empowerment.

• Explore the 7 Missing Links to Abundant & Sustainable Health and why they are so important to remember.
• Reconnect with your body as a messenger and conduit, serving you at its Highest Potential.
• Become more aware of what your body is communicating and what may be standing in the way of your natural state of health and well-being.
• Explore how to move beyond pain and limitation and reconnect with your God-given health, purpose, and empowerment.

- Sunrise and Sunset Meditations with co-host Randi Seran.
