I saw this awesome little diddy the other day on my Facebook feed and thought, “What a magical way to increase your HAPPY VIBRATION!” Just like a mirror, life is a reflection of our focus in “thought and action”.
Just give some focus everyday to what really makes you happy; what makes you smile, giggle, laugh out loud, do a happy dance, sigh in ecstasy.
And, then when crawling into bed at the end of day, ask yourself, “What was the best thing today?” You know it’s been a really good day when you can’t decide. (Thank you my friend Alida for giving me the blessing of that question!).
